USPF Enrollment Statistics Report As of September 17, 2026

Today’s official print is 6,330 students. Diploma programmes added 522. That launch is still the whole increase. College degrees, graduate school, and Lahug basic education all fell.

Read this first. The 17 September Summary Enrollment Report prints 6,330 — not yesterday’s 6,300. That total includes diploma (522), Continuing Education (28), and ETEEAP (25). University units with diploma, excluding those two, are 6,277. Last year was 6,216. If we ignore diploma, the university is still 5,755 — down 7.4%.

Where students moved

From last year’s 6,216 to today’s 6,330. Diploma is still most of the gain. Continuing Education (28) is in today’s print and was not in yesterday’s 6,300.

On degrees only, college fell 114. Law is the organic win. When diploma is counted, college is 3,403 — up 408 (+13.6%), and CEA becomes the largest unit.

Basic Education

Two campuses. Lahug is larger and is where the decline sits. Mabini grew on elementary. Combined: 2,529 → 2,327 (−202, −8.0%).

Pipeline risk. Lahug Senior High fell from 559 to 421. Combined SHS is 482 versus 616 last year (−134, −21.8%). Grade 11 is already smaller than Grade 12 (166 vs 255). Kinder Lahug is also down 25%. That becomes next year’s college and elementary problem.
